Recently, my Roku Express started experiencing connection issues and I would get randomly booted off while watching shows. I would check the network strength, and it showed excellent. When I tried to log on to a channel again, many of them would say "unable to load" or "experiencing problems, please retry." I looked online and it said to do a network reset. I did that and now when I try to reconnect to our network, it will not connecr. The router works fine as all other devices in our home have reliable connectivity. We even have several wifi boosters to make the signal stronger. Please help and offer any suggestions. I would actually love to talk with a Roku customer support!
