When connecting to Hotel WiFi, the roku connects and prompts me to enter the password shown on the screen on my iPad connections menu and I get an incorrect password message. How do I get around this?

Any solutions? I’m having this problem too.
This just told us how to set up the connection. We already know that, we are getting errors that say the provided password is incorrect. How do we solve that issue?
