Roku Devices drop connection

I have AT&T wireless. Suddenly today both my Roku Devices are having real trouble connecting or staying connected.

When they do connect, they often show "excellent" connection to wifi, but no internet.

My Phone, my PC, my cameras and other at home devices seem to have no issue.

What might be happening and what is the fix? I have done full factory defaults on both devices, reconnected and still no luck.

Any advise would be welcome!

We would recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device. Alternately, we also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network or mobile hotspot. If you are able to connect without issue, this usually indicates an issue with your network or password. In that case, you might also try changing your network password to see if that resolves the connection issue.
