The last model Roku with both an Ethernet jack and an optical connection was the Ultra 4640, which is two generations old. If you must have both functions, there's no Roku player that meets your requirements. In fact, the Nvidia Shield is likely the only device that does so for under $200 (and not much under).
The 4640 might still be found online, but just be aware that it first released in Oct 2016. So it's an older box, but still highly capable. I'm using one right now as I type this.
