I thought my old Ultra 4640x was finally giving up the ghost and was looking at upgrades when I found the issue with OS 10.5. I checked and there has been no manual update to roll back to previous version on my unit but am experiencing the same issues as other models including random reboots, loss of connectivity both Ethernet and inability to set up a wireless connection, and randomly being booted out of playback on certain channels. Is there any way to get the OS rolled back on this unit? It still does everything I need at the moment and has the Optical out which I still need for connection to my home theater system that was removed in current versions.
And yet they had a rollback on the 4660 and up models which was supposed to fix it. Ours however they seem to have allowed the update but not the rollback. Getting sick of having apps drop me out or becoming unresponsive. I have 3 devices and one Roku Smart TV. To not see a simple fix of rolling EVERY device back till they work it out is ridiculous.
