ROKU Premiere device is not connecting to my home WIFI
I've got a new ROKU Premiere but it would not not connect to my home wifi (error code 014.30). I tried restarting my router and device - didn't work. All my other devices are able to connect to the wifi perfectly. I tried to connect to my IPHONE hotspot - that worked but it is NOT a solution. I checked with my internet provider who confirmed that it is broadcasting a 2.4gHZ network so that is not the problem. Please help! I do not know what else to do. This is very frustrating.
