ROKU Premier not able to connect to internet

It finds my wireless connection, but cannot then connect to the internet for some reason.

I have followed all the online advice about re-booting etc until I'm blue in the face!

Nothing works. So frustrating.

I have a plethora of devices connected to the internet via my router, and one of them is an older ROKU model that is working fine. Don't know why this one isn't connecting, as it's in the same room as the router!

I'm pretty sure that when I first installed it it was working OK, but I haven't utilized it for a couple of months and now it won't connect.

Any suggestions? Am I able to do a factory reset and try again?

@JohnnyPinkPants Perhaps a Factory Reset will do the job. Perhaps not.

Which Roku Premiere is it? Model number. Settings > System > About

Some of the later Premiere devices (depending on model number) only support 2.4 GHz band, and work better with channels 1, 6, or 11. Original Premiere devices supported 5 GHz band, but don't work with DFS channels.
