I have a roku 3 that has no internet. It shows connected and excellent signal strength. However none of the apps will load, say there is not internet. Have rebooted router and not having any issues as far as any other devices getting internet. Is my Roku 3 obsolete? Note: I have charter spectrum app and would like to salvage this device, since new devices cannot download the spectrum TV APP.
