The program guide on our TCL Roku pops up on its own randomly. It’s very annoying and takes up about half the screen horizontally so it covers a lot. We have an antenna connected and have tried everything from hard reset to channel searches different antennas. The only thing that works is a hard reset and NOT CONNECTING to the internet and activating. But as soon and network connection is made and you activate via your email and roku account, it happens again. Im clueless as to how to fix it.
