My Roku Express device suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I’ve gone to the network settings and checked and it says that it is connected, but when I try to open anything, it says not connected to internet. I unplugged it for five minutes, plugged it back in, same issue. I reset the networks, still nothing. It’s not the router because all of my other devices are working perfectly. So I tried to factory reset my device, but now it’s just on a blank purple screen and I don’t have any options to do anything. I don’t know what to do at this point. Can someone please help?
