Player continually losing signal and saying poor download speed
I have tried everything I know and researched to combat the network issues I'm experiencing. First of all, I was told this player (Roku Premier) was able to connect to 2.4 AND 5ghz wifi signals, but it appears it can only see my 2.4ghz signal. I have logged into the router admin sight and played around with the channels, but nothing works. The IP address keeps reverting to 0.0.0.0. I have reset my router and Roku player in the correct order and timing. When it does connect, the WiFi signal will jump around from excellent to poor, but it always says the download speed is 0.0mbps. The Roku player is mounted on top of the TV, less that five feet from the router, which is in the next room on an adjoining wall. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
