PROBLEM IS FIXED. CANNOT FIND OUT TO DELETE THIS (MY) POST. PEB46
I previously had a Roku Streaming + stick connected to my Samsung Smart TV over my home wireless network. I just received the new Roku Ultra 4800R (2020 model) device. It will not connect to my wireless network. I have tried the suggestions of restarting my router, then restarting my Roku device, but still receive the same error. I have tried by 2.4 and 5.0 frequencies. I am using the HDMI ARC port on my TV, as I did for my streaming stick.
I cannot get in touch with Roku customer service - not taking calls due to the virus.
I have been trying this for 2 hours now, am will send the new device back if someone in the community cannot help me resolve this.
