Not showing any networks

Hi! I have been unable to connect to any network on my Roku Express. My internet is working well with all other devices in my home. When I try connecting, no networks pop up and I have scanned for networks over and over again. I have restarted my Roku as well as restarted my router (multiple times). As a result, I factory reset my Roku but there are still no networks popping up ( and because of the factory reset, I can only access the language preference and choosing a network). What would be the next steps?

The Express is a budget model that only can see or connect to wifi channels in the 2.4 GHz band.  If your modem is using the 5GHz band only, your Roku can't connect.  Most (all, maybe?) routers supporting GHz are dual band routers that also have 2.4 GHz, but it's possible the 2.4 GHz band is not turned on -- check your router's configuration.
