Although this post is a duplicate, no others seem to have a reply, so posting another one and hoping someone from Roku may be working from home to assist us. When I turn on the TV, it says No Signal. Therefore, I can't troubleshoot from the main menu. When previously troubleshooting, I was guided to remove the batteries and put them back in...then look for the green light. I don't have a green light any more and the batteries are new. I do not want to restart my router as that creates issues with every other device that is working including other Roku devices... only having trouble with one of them.
