No internet connection

I have a wireless connection but no internet connection with a error code of 009. I have a WiFi extender. I have done the resetting of everything. More then 20 times. Router, Roku, DNS on my internet, mirrored my WiFi extender with my actual WiFi router and I have when to the extent of factory reset. Nothing works. It will connect sometimes and then a few hours later you will go back to watch and there will be no internet connection. I have 3 other Rokus and don’t have this problem. Only the one on WiFi extender. Please help before I switch to a different device!!!

Try taking a look here for more tips about troubleshooting that network error code: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet?
