No connection

I have had my Roku TV for 2.5 years. The connection will no longer go through. I have reset the router, brought the router closer to TV, and tried setting up the connection three times with no luck. Qhat should i do now?? Do I get a whole new TV??

I’ve had the same issues all week and have had ZERO customer support. They’ll just tell you to reset the router multiple times.

You're probably better off contacting the manufacturer of the TV (which is not Roku).  Don't expect much support from any company these days after 2.5 years.  You can always connect another streaming device to your TV.
