What is your Roku model number and Router model number and specific issues. Did you try the above recommended steps to original member's question. Didn't get any answers to the above, so not sure if this ever got resolved or simply did not respond.
If you have a TP-Link Deco mesh router, you need to go into Wifi settings and make sure the 5Ghz router is turned off. The 2.4Ghz on this router has the 802.11 b/g/n sequence you need to work properly.
Thanks, disabling the 5G network work perfectly, and finally my roku connect to my DECO Mesh network !
Solution is to enable guest network and keep only 2.5ghz and then connect Roku to guest network.
Thanks
KK
I just installed a tp-link DECO 4 and my Roku no longer connects. I looked at all the posts and tried everything...resetting roku and tp-link, disabling 5GHZ and nothing works. I also reset network connection on the roku
the roku finds my network and signal strength is excellent but does not connect when i put the password in...and yes it is the correct password.
The roku is model 3700X - Roku Express
Serial YU00DD635470
Any help would be appreciated

Have you verified that your 2.4 ghz wireless mode (protocol) is set to b/g/n ?
If it is set to b/g/n, try changing the password to a simple password and try again.
