Replaced an older Roku with a new Express+. The old model got an excellent signal. The Express at first found the network and connected to that but was unable to connect on the next step - Local Network. Tried again and wouldn't even connect to router. Tried moving, unplugging the Express along with the resetting the router and now it can't even find the router. Gives a code of 014.12. Any final suggestions before I send this back?
