I just bought a Roku Express. When I first start it up, I connect to the internet and it says it needs an update. It updates, then restarts back at the "choose a language" page. I click English again and it goes to the Network Setup page. Now it will not connect to the internet. I took it upstairs right next to the router in case distance was an issue, and get the same thing. I have 2 other Rokus that are working fine. (I double checked.) This is actually my 2nd Roku today. I thought the first one was broken, but the same thing is happening. It's almost like the update breaks the Roku. Am I dealing with a bad batch? Is there a way to fix this?
