Every channel I try to watch except Netflix gives me a "network error" notice. The Roku Express I had originally worked just fine, the Roku Premiere does not. Other than switch the Rokus our on the 2 tvs, I don't know how to fix it. My internet has always been slow but the signal strength shows Excellent and the internet download speed shows Good 8 mbps. Occasionally I can watch something on Roku channel for 4 minutes before it stops.
