So last night I had setup a new router and got it connected, however when I went to connect to Roku Express+ (3910 series) the internet name wasn't showing up so I had done the private network option and when I used that it was telling me that the network was not available and to reset the internet and the Roku. However everything thing else in the house was connected and working perfectly fine and I don't know how to fix this issue because I've been working on it for a few hours now and It's getting a wee bit frustrating if anybody has any idea how to fix this issue please let me know.
The Roku Express and Express+ are both limited to connecting to 2.4 GHz networks. If your network is only broadcasting on 5 GHz, those Roku devices won't see it.
