I have had my TCL Roku TV for eight months; however, a few days ago the wifi went out on the TV. When trying to re-connect, it asked me if I am at a hotel or if I am at home. I have other devices on the internet to see if that is the issue; in this case it is not. I've researched this problem; however, the same issue continues. It says the following:
Status: Not connected
Connection Type: Wireless
Signal Strength: Good
Wireless Channel: 4
I've tried restarting both the wifi and tv. I even factory rest the TV. DID NOT WORK.
