Let's start from the beginning. You have a Roku. What model number is it? Is this a Roku TV or player? If it is a Roku TV, who is the manufacturer? Roku does not build Roku TVs, they only supply the operating system.
It was working fine, but you have lost your network connection? Everything else appears OK, just no network connection?
