“NETWORK ERROR”

Jump to solution

I have the Roku Premiere and it will not show my WiFi name to connect. I plugged in my fire stick and it’s working just fine. I have unplugged it, restarted it, and reset it but still nothing.

@SASHA15

Thanks for the inquiry.

Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Roku Premiere is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.

Please keep us posted and we will continue to assist you from there.

Thanks,
Danny

I am getting this message as well. I have 2 different networks and the one I usually connect to is not showing up when Roku does the scan. It is showing up fine on my computer. HEEEELLLLPPPP
