My password no longer works to connect to my network.

I had to reset my roku. Now my password does not work to connect it to my network. Yes it is the correct password. I tried to use my phone as a hotspot but still no luck. Signal strength is good. Could there be a problem with my modem?

From within Roku, try resetting Network Connection.  (Settings..System..Advanced System..Network Connection Reset..Reset Network Connection)

Also, restart both your modem and your router.

When using the hotspot, try setting the hotspot to 2.4ghz band and see if it connects.

If still problems, try temporarily disabling the password from within the router. (look for Wireless Security from within the admin settings of the router)

Post back with any updates and the models of your Roku and router if you need more help.
