I have Roku TV. It has been working fine until yesterday. I turn on the power, go to the home screen, see Cable TV, click on it and the cable won't play on the big screen. BUT....if I leave it on the home screen (with all the other little boxes to choose from...netflix, antenna, etc) it works just fine. But as soon as I press ok on the roku remote, the cable appears and the screen freezes.
Re: My cable connection only works on home screen...
My first suggestion is to to a power cycle. Simply turning the TV "off" doesn't do that. Go into the Settings menu, find System/Power, and do a System Restart. An easier way is to simply pull the power cord for 10 seconds or so.
