My Roku keeps disconnecting and it happens about every 2-3 days. What is causing that to reoccur so often? Also, when I sign back in, I get a message stating "for security reasons you have been signed out. Please sign in again to continue". I have the following model: 4660X2. Should I change my username and password? Thanks
