My Roku Premier says connected to Wifi, yet it says that the download speed is poor. I cannot load
I cannot load content and my other tv's Roku that is connected to the same Wifi is working fine. I tried to do a system reset, I checked all connections, and I restarted my wireless router just in case it was that....nothing has worked. I just bought this Roku premier 6 weeks ago, there should be no reason this is happening when it worked just fine for 6 weeks. Does anyone know how to fix this? If its not fixable, is there any way to get a replacement item when its only 6 weeks old, yet I do not have the receipt? Can Roku see when the devise was set up? Thanks everyone! This no customer service thing is AGGRAVATING!!!!
