My new Roku Express HD Streaming Media Player is not picking my 2.4GHz network even thought I can see said network on my laptop and phone. In fact, I wrote this message while connected to it. I tried rebooting my modem, re-starting the Roku as well, but still same behavior. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Sounds like you've done what I'd usually suggest.
Can you determine what channel your router is using in the 2.4 GHz band? Roku only works on channels 1 through 11.
