Having issues with Roku finding my network. Screen says connection is excellent and my other Roku 20 ft away in other room is working fine. I've reset device, router and continue to get error that it will not connect. On the remote the power button and mute button work fine but trying to navigate menu left or right it doesn't function properly and will not navigate right or left until 5-7 seconds after you push the button. I had someone in chat help me in the past - is there no way to get individual support besides the community
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you seeing this issue occur with? What Roku model device are you using that is currently not having any issues? With the device that you having issues with, have you tried connecting to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot to see if you are able to connect?
