Keeps dropping connection

I bought a new device Netgear wireless WIFI hotspot. When I setup in Roku wireless it ask for are you at home or hotel. I answer home device connects then drops out. It must be being blocked by Roku WHY

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What frequency is your hotspot using?
