I have tried connecting my new Roku Ultra to the Internet. Both Ethernet and Wireless options connect to my network, but does not show an internet connection (error code 009). I have restarted the Roku several times. I have restarted my cable modem and also have had the ISP reset my modem. All other devices (phones, IPads, Smart TV, laptops) have no issues with connecting to the network or internet. Help!!!
