I'm trying to set up a new Roku Express. I HAVE had Roku systems before. For some reason, it shows my wifi name and approves the wireless connection, but it is NOT asking me for my wifi password. It just goes right to the error message, declining my internet connection. It's xfinity wifi but this isn't an xfinity issue because all of my other devices ARE connected and working.
