If your data plan limits "streaming" to 1.5mbps will I be able to watch 4k?

As I said: If your data plan limits "streaming" to 1.5mbps will I be able to watch 4k? Roku Ultra

No.  Amazon recommends 15Mbps and Netflix recommends 25Mbps for 4k.  1.5Mbps is barely adequate to stream anything, let alone 4k.

It might be able to stream some non-video music channels, but that would be about it.
