How to switch Streaming stick+ to 5 GHz

On solution suggested to failure to complete screen mirroring was to switch the Roku stick+ to 5 GHz.  I have not found a way to do that on the stick.  The router handles both 2 & 5.

Easiest way I can think of is to configure the router to use a different network name (SSID) for the 5 GHz band than the 2.4 GHz band (if your router gives you that option), then select that SSID to connect to.
