Got a new device- it finds my wireless and checks password and connection. All green check marks. But the only option is to cancel. No option to connect. Then after a min it asked me to connect to the internet and does it all over again.

We recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
