Hotel Connection Not allowing connection from phone

I have a Roku Streaming Stick. When I select the hotel WiFi network, the usual screen telling me to connect to it via my phone pops up. As soon as I connect to it from my phone, the Roku stick starts trying to connect to the hotel network again. My phone loses the Roku WiFi network and then the screen pops up again for me to connect to the Roku network. This cycle has been going on for months at a multitude of different hotels. Eventually I am able to connect once I preform a hard reset on the stick.


Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Thanks for the post.

When connecting to a hotel wireless network, are you making sure to use the Hotel & Dorm Connect feature on the Roku device?
