Help me with this POS 25 charecters 25 charecters 25 charecters
POS. 2 Fing days wasted. Back to square one. not holding wireless connection. Says "poor internet reception". This is AFTER I get two green checks for Wifi AND Internet. ALL other devices- phones, tablets PC load/download Youtube videos, live stream videos cameras , everything. with NO problems. Brand new, just out of the box, Roku Express 4K+. Router signal has both 2.4Gz and 5 Gz
While the Express 4K+ supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, do you know which it's using to connect? If it's using 2.4 GHz, and the channel is crowded (nearby, separate networks can affect it), it could interfere.
Confirm the band, and channel if possible, that Roku is using. Those other devices could be using the other band.
