HDMI 2 No Signal

TV screen reads: HDMI 2 No Signal and to press SOURCE. The remote does not work to click on SOURCE and battery good in remote. Internet is up and running per Xfinity. HELP!!!

Separate Roku device, or tv with Roku built in? If separate device you need to use the tv's remote to change source.
