Got error 014.30 on my TCL Roku TV and I cannot fix it.

My TV is 2 1/2 years old and has been working great ever since a day ago. I turned on my tv and noticed that it wasn't connecting to my wifi and I received the error code 014.30. When I checked it under network settings, it said that my wifi strength was great, but it wouldn't connect. I reset the TV and the router like TCL and Roku recommended under this error code, yet nothing. I went into "advanced" settings like some people were suggesting, but nothing worked. I really don't know why I have to try to jump through hoops just to get my TV working. Any tips?

We appreciate your patience regarding this matter. I understand that you are unable to connect your wireless connection with the error code "14.50".

Try taking a look here for more tips about troubleshooting that network error code: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or ...
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
