I have an Onn/Roku TV. Recently I had Spectrum installed in my house. After the technician left the house my problems started. I get either a "Buffering" notice, a "Do you want to stay in Spectrum" or it leaves the Spectrum channel and returns to the main menu. On one of the "Buffering" moments, I got an RPL-1999 error code. Spectrum has replaced the Modem, reset the signal to both the modem and the router. They seem not to be able to pinpoint the problem, can you help?
