My new Roku express+ which I have had for only three weeks was working great. All of a sudden it disconnected from the internet. I did EVERYTHING suggest. Restarted, unplugged, restarted my router which btw all other devices were connected fine. Did factory reset. Moved device nearer to router and nothing. Should never have dropped my cable for this. Want my money back or a new device as obviously this one is defective.
