I recently upgraded my internet service to a wireless program from Bell Canada with up to 25 Mbps download from an earlier service that struggled to provide 1.5Mbps. On the earlier service Prime Video from Amazon loaded and ran fine. Now with the new and much faster available download, Prime Video frequently stalls to buffer the signal; AND is no longer in sync between video and audio. Other feeds like Netflix are running fine with no change since the upgraded service. Is this a Bell issue, or a Prime Video issue?
