My roku was working perfectly fine until it wasn’t connecting to the internet anymore,so i factory resetting after attempting several tries to connect it back.Now when i trun it back on it shows me this issue report tracker that says “ Please use issue ID FT-284-991 to report the current issue” ,does anyone now what that means and what should i do from there?
