I have an express plus that stopped connecting to the network last night. I have been using it since January. I tried resetting the Roku and the router. It seems the network but won't connect. I tried my normal network as well as a guest network I have set up. I have 2 other Roku players that are working fine.
Did it recently update to Software version 9.3 from Settings->System->About? Seems to be a common issue with that update.
I haven't updated it manually. Is there a place to check the software version?
I checked and the software is 9.2.1
It worked up until a few days ago. It recognizes my wireless network, I enter the password that works for everything else, then I get a message that it can't connect. Why would it stop working suddenly?
