I recently replaced my Roku2 XD with an Express+, at Roku's suggestion. Every few minutes it keeps buffering. I cannot open the THIRTEEN EXPRESS app. The router is 3 feet from the Express+. Signal strength is excellent. The XD worked without any problem. Is this a problem with the Express+ in general por just with my Express+.
