Re: Roku can’t identify any networks even though it’s in the same room as the router.

Hi there,

Thanks for the note. Have you recently changed any settings on your wireless router? As a reminder, the Roku Premiere (3920/3921) is only compatible with 2.4 GHz wireless b/g/n networks. If your router isn't broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network, your device won't be able to connect to it.

If you confirm that your network is configured correctly and need more help, please send me a private message with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your device from Settings>System>About. I'll get you in touch with our support team directly for more help!

Thanks,

Tanner

Re: Roku premiere not recognizing any Wi-Fi networks

@Alirae92

I would recommend checking out our Support page for troubleshooting issues here: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet?

- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Premiere is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum.
- Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect?

If those things still aren't helping, feel free to send me a PM with your Roku account email address and the serial number of your Roku from Settings>System>About and I'll get you in touch with our support team for more assistance.

Thanks,
Danny
