Re: Options avail Roku Express 3900 suddenly would not connect, tried everything
I’m experiencing same issues as above. Had the Roku Express 3900X for about 11 months in the same spot and the same router. All other WiFi devices work in the house, Roku started saying “not connected” just today. Restarted router and Roku. Nothing. Please help.
- Have you ensured your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to? The Roku Premiere is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. - Have you tried changing the wireless broadcast channel on the router to see if this will allow your device to connect? - Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected? - How long have you been experiencing this problem?

no my problem is that i cant connect to the internet or connect to the router then i unplug my router for about 30 seconds then try to connect and it said's i'm connected to router and internet but it won't come off the connected screen no matter what i do then it restarts and i'm back on the connect to wifi screen again what can i do to fix this problem and how do i get in touch with roku
I know it's extreme but have you tried a factory reset. My problem wasn't exactly the same as yours (my express just kept trying to boot up and kept recycling with no joy). It's a bit of a pain but the 15 -20 minute is worth the aggravation of trying to get it to work.
