Purchased a Roku Ultra that had would intermittently drop the network connection using ethernet. Did troubleshooting with Roku (change ports, change cables, network reset, system reset) eventually they replaced the unit. Replacement unit has the same problem. Same ethernet network set up worked great for years with Samsung TV streaming but on Roku, has a problem. also noticed both units have a poor ethernet jack, i.e. slight cable movement causes disconnect on different cables and cable brands. I see other posts regarding ethernet issues.
1) to Roku - are you recognizing this issue and planning updates to solve?
2) to Roku - I wish to return my replacement unit - but the replacement unit does not appear on my order page (not my original purchase). How can I replace/return it?
Love the service, hardware / firmware seems to be **bleep**.
