I can’t figure out how to fix this it says wireless not connected what should I try
So have you been connected and the connection stoped or hooking up a new Roku?
Try this if you have the app connected to your router! Log into your router and turn off the 5G then connect your Roku and turn the 5G back on
I don’t have xfinity I have cox wifi and I don’t think there are advanced settings like that. Can someone please help me?
Try this - Go into your account and click wifi - Look for where the name of the wifi is and change it to the same name for both 2.4 and 5g. Use the same password for BOTH.

@Etd So do you have like the app instead on any of your devices? If no they get the box it come with and scan the code or just get on Google play or Apple store download the app for your router, then turn off the 5G and try connecting the WiFi again once connected then the 5g back on
Smart connect the Roku will not let it connect to 5G not supported so turn it of then after your connected turn it back on

Shouldn't have to go backwards to bgn....this device should work and not constantly drop connection .....will be going to Amazon fire
by setting router to bgn you slow your WiFi connection
Roku should do a firmware update so we don't have to use slower speeds
